How to order

Quanterix Corp. will as of October 2021 handle the North American sales of UmanDiagnostics’ NF-light™ ELISA products. North American customers are therefore kindly directed to contact Information Request for more information.

Sales outside of North America will continue to be handled directly by UmanDiagnostics. Please see below for detailed information.

All quotes and order should be placed via our contact form. Please note that Purchase Orders should be in English or Swedish. Also make sure to include the following information in the message field for smooth order processing.

  • PO number/Order reference

  • Delivery address

  • Name, e-mail address and phone number to recipient

  • Invoice postal address

  • Invoice e-mail address

  • Complete contact information to Customs Broker, if applicable

  • Name, e-mail address and phone number to buyer/person at purchasing department

Tax ID/EIN (American customers) or VAT no. (European customers)

General information, shipping and payment

All Orders are shipped in ambient temperature with our selected Courier for expedient delivery. Should You prefer a cold-chain transport, let us know directly upon placing your Order. Please note that we are not able to ship on your courier account.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse according to terms of delivery FCA Umeå, Incoterms® 2020.

A postal Invoice address is required for export of goods outside of Sweden. However, we aim to send all invoices electronically which is why we also require an Invoice e-mail address.

We can only accept payment by wire transfer at this time.

Please note that Any and All customs or clearance fees specific for the country of destination is to be paid by the Recipient. UmanDiagnostics does not take responsibility for any local taxes or fees applied to the shipment once it has been dispatched from the UmanDiagnostics’ warehouse.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, Swedish law shall apply.
