How to order?
All orders should be placed via our e-mail: email@example.com. Please note that Purchase Orders should be in English, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish. Also make sure to include the following information for smooth order processing.
- PO number/Order reference
- Delivery address
- Name, e-mail address and phone number to recipient
- Invoice postal address
- Invoice e-mail address
- Name, e-mail address and phone number to buyer/person at purchasing department
- Tax ID/EIN (American customers) or VAT no. (European customers)
General information, shipping and payment
Our standard shipping of all products is in ambient temperature via our preferred courier. Should you prefer another shipment method or a specific courier, please let us know when you place your order and we will accommodate you if possible.
All orders are shipped according to inco-term inco2010 from our Warehouse in Umeå, Sweden.
For shipments overseas (North America), all orders are dispatched on Mondays in order to minimize any unnecessary customs delays during the weekend.
A postal Invoice address is required for export of goods outside of Sweden. However, we aim to send all invoices electronically which is why we also require an Invoice e-mail address.
The preferred form of payment is by wire transfer. We accept credit card payments but there is a 3% credit card fee.
Please note that Any and All customs or clearance fees specific for the country of destination is to be paid by the Recipient. UmanDiagnostics does not take responsibility for any local taxes or fees applied to the shipment once it has been dispatched from the UmanDiagnostics’ warehouse.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, Swedish law shall apply.
